The information below just outlines what would happen if you either weren't happy with my work or had approved your proofs and noticed a mistake once your invitations have been printed.


I take a lot of care when creating your stationery so these situations are very rare but it is necessary to let you know what would happen in these cases. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. 

Personalised/customised items


Because most of my items are personalised, refunds will not be granted once the item, or initial personalised proof of item, has been delivered. You may cancel your order and request a full refund at any time before the proof has been delivered via email.


I will work with you on custom orders until you are completely satisfied. Once an order has been started (i.e a personalised proof has been sent to you), I am not able to issue refunds, even if the wedding or event is cancelled. 

If you are not happy with your order, please let me know ASAP and I will work with you to come to a solution. Please make sure to double check each and every detail of your custom order proofs. I cannot be held responsible for errors once a proof has been approved and an item has been printed. 

**All claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order

Refunds will not be granted due to spelling errors, date changes, etc. A 50% discount will be given if a reprint is needed. Please contact me for more information.
